Founder & Executive Director

Erica has a Master's in Education & Clinical Counseling from Springfield college. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor & is the owner of the Urban Light.

​

She specializes in Person Centered Care. She has experience in Crisis & Children services, Domestic Violence, Racial Issues, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD and other areas. She works often as a Mobile Crisis Clinician in CT and Massachusetts. She has excellent de-escalation and crisis skills.

She has additional training in DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Domestic Violence, Clinical Assessing and Person-Centered Therapy.

Erica maintains a minimal case load. She oversees the day to day office operations but has now began to accept additional clients.

Sherita Riley M.S, LPC-A

Director of CBLS & Youth services

Sherita is the Program Director for the CBLS programs within Urban Light. Sherita has a Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling. She also has a specialty in Drug & Alcohol counseling.

Sherita is pending licensure as an LPC in the State of Arizona. She does not provide clinical services in CT however she does Manager our CBLS & Overall Youth services.

Krystal Kelley-Edwards M.S, LPC

Clinical Director

Krystal is the Clinical Director for Supervised visitation program/TSS/Support.

​

Krystal has extensive DCF & Social Work experience. She is a Licensed Professor Counselor in the State of CT. She is well versed in therapeutic care with Adults, Families & Couples.

Krystal is also the owner of Grace Point Clinical Services. She is currently accepting new clients. Please reach out to her via email to inquire for Counseling.
