We are currently accepting new patients via Telehealth. We will offer hybrid services in Spring 2023. Hybrid services will be a mixture of in person and telehealth service throughout the therapy process.

What is Therapy & Counseling used for?

Therapy & Counseling helps to build self-esteem, reduce anxiety, strengthen coping mechanisms, and improve social and community functioning. Supportive psychotherapy helps patients deal with issues related to their mental health conditions which in turn affect the rest of their lives.

Our Clinicians are Professional, Kind & Understanding. We are here to create a supportive environment. We offer Intakes, Assessments and Clinical Diagnoses.

We can also offer Mental Health check ins for those who prefer on the go services.

What is Life Coaching?

A life coach is a type of wellness professional who helps people make progress in their lives in order to attain greater fulfillment.... Life coaches can help you clarify your goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and then come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle.

 

Life coaches are here as additional support.

 

Life coaches may or may not be Licensed Counselors. Life Coaching is a short term process and can be completed with a Certified Life Coach or Counseling Associate.
